Each summer, the city of Surrey does a numerous amount of picnics in the park. This is a chance for the community to get to socialize and chat with their neighbours. At this event, they have sporting equipment and lead fun games and activities. They have had bouncy castles and mini golf in the past, along with enjoying free hotdogs, hamburgers and music.
The Surrey Central Lions participate in this by hosting a food stand, where they sell hot dogs and hamburgers, and our Leos were actively involved in cooking and helping to organize this fun community event.
